I do not use cargo to send my puppies. I use a Carrier by the name of Becky. She is a very reliable and wonderful person. It may cost a little more than cargo, but the puppy flies on the airplane with her and she gives your puppy one on one attention until she hands the puppy over to you. It is alot less stressful on the puppy.
